International Shipping:
• We ship worldwide! International orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Standard International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7-14 business days.
Preorder Items:
• Processing Time: Preorder items require 20-40 business days for processing before shipping.
• Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 40 business day processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Duties & Taxes:
• For international orders, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. these fees are your responsibility. Spirit Threadz is not liable for any additional costs imposed by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
• In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. we will work diligently to resolve the issue, offering either a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
